Bridgette’s impressive resume begins with learning makeup artistry in the late 90s at John Casablanca. After discovering her passion for hair she expanded her skills at Banzai Hair Studio, learning Vidal Sassoon techniques, and subsequently mastering cutting and styling at Rain Hair Salon and then Maude Salon.
Soon after, Bridgette began focusing her talents on photo shoots and fashion shows, working alongside famed photographers such as Simon Chu and as part of the Christian Dior freelance team in Toronto. Bridgette has also worked locally on editorial for The Georgia Straight, The Province and Fashion Magazine. In 2011, after working as a hair and makeup instructor for two years at Blanche Macdonald, Bridgette decided to get back behind the chair and join the Trim family.
Bridgette’s skill and attention to detail makes each client feel confident and at ease. Her cutting and colour work seems effortless, and with inspirations like Brigitte Bardot, Bettie Page and Twiggy, she loves recreating the vintage glam of past decades for special events.
Aside from hair, Bridgette adores her husband Matthew and her beautiful little girls Charlotte and Emmi. Her love of flowers also always keeps Trim feeling (and smelling) fresh and bright.
